- My twitter account is non-existant (I just never got the appeal of X, so I have like 3 followers there), 
- don't have github, 
- don't want to give my phone number, 

does that mean I am not verified or am considered a bot?

1. It's opt-in.

2. You're free to build credibility / reputation through casting / interacting on the protocol.

3. Verifications just allow people to import some "proof of work" from other places. Not necessary, but can be helpful.
