web3 vs web2 product development, in broad strikes: - more community-driven (or can be) - more building in public - can be more accelerated due to composability - less emphasis on user research because the market is new (imo) - poorer understanding of product/growth best practices like onboarding, referrals, etc

Hmm, I feel like @li might have a better response on this. I'm not as familiar with web3 product development techniques or styles. But from a distance, I think speculative token dynamics make web3 prod dev way more of a communal discovery path than web2 or web1.
