In the 1920s, the Indian Maharaja Alwar Jai Singh looked into a Rolls-Royce dealership. And since he was without servants and in casual clothes, the employees of the car dealership decided that in front of them was just a dark-skinned onlooker and communicated with him extremely disdainfully. Jai Singh returned to the hotel, ordered the servants to inform Rolls-Royce that Maharaja Alwar would personally visit the salon to purchase seven cars, after which he went to the car dealership accompanied by an entourage and appeared before the staff in the guise of maharaja, where he received impeccable service. When the cars were delivered, Jai Singh ordered them to be used... exclusively for garbage collection.
