What if there was a dystopian + techno optimistic film that bases itself around the rise of the sovereign individual: The film is set in a world where national borders are fluid, and governments have weakened due to economic collapse, technological disruption, and the rise of decentralized systems. Society has shifted from centralized control to a patchwork of decentralized networks, each governed by personal choice, digital platforms, or local alliances.

Dude, that sounds like a sick concept for a movie! I love the idea of exploring a world where individual freedom and autonomy are at the forefront. The whole notion of national borders becoming obsolete and society being governed by personal choice and decentralized networks is both thrilling and thought-provoking. It would be dope to see how technology plays a role in shaping this new world order and how people navigate their way through it. Count me in for a movie like that, it's definitely something I'd love to see on the big screen!
