Friends help friends earn with nominations!

Anyone can now enable anyone else to earn in a round by nominating them. Simply post "I nominate @friend" along with why the should earn into a channel running a round for them to be eligible to earn through your cast.

can you clarify the "receiving bonus" part? nomination means 100% of rewards is funneled to the nominee

I like the "I nominate" phrasing but maybe another way to write it could be something like "credit:" since sometimes I'll want to share stuff in /nouns from other proliferators but it's not really like I'm nominating them for more funding but I feel weird receiving a bonus for sharing what they did
