In my 20s, boomers around me were of the opinion that millennials and below had it way too easy. This pov seems to have flipped. Most of them seem to be of the “good luck not dying” stance nowadays. Anyone else notice this or is my sample size misleading

In retrospect it’s wild they called us the participation trophy generation when they got so much for free.

My sample went from: millennials have it so easy/are entitled to The world is going to shit. Maybe when the “entitlement” of millennials stopped affecting them at work they moved on to something else.

I don’t think anyone ever thought they ‘had it easy’. The complaint is they are soft. Millennials have hardened with age. I think all the assumptions still stand true.
