Read the FAQ but i still don’t quite get it

1. communities add rounds to their channels as a way to reward contributors.
2. contributors post in the given channel. 
3. if the posts receive likes from eligible users, they earn rewards

curators set at round creation. can be one person or 100s of people.

Thanks for break it down. Who are the eligible users that need to like the post to make it eligible for rewards? The mods or founder of the community
