Oh, that's awesome. Good lighting makes a show soooo much better. It was a fun experience and I'm glad I did it but I wasn't fully prepared so next time I'll know what to expect and hopefully feel a little less lost πŸ˜…

Eating healthy doesn't have to be boring. Here's how to make healthy high protein waffles easily at home. Highly recommend I eat these a few times a week. https://youtu.be/LGaUTZivoDo?si=Ztj88Ae9bGUr5BFM

Cardio Tip: You aren't required to do fasted cardio to burn more fat. You can do your cardio at any time and still get similar results. I like to do it in the morning to get it out of the way, but if it's more convenient for you to do it later, that's perfectly fine. Just avoid doing cardio right before lifting!

+for You can't go wrong getting into a niche community before it becomes more mainstream, especially in a game like Smash that most people have played since they were kids for that added nostalgia effect.

Starting with small step goals and gradually increasing them is an effective strategy. Simple tricks like taking a 10-minute walk after meals, parking farther away, or spending extra time with your pets outdoors can naturally increase your daily movement without feeling like a chore. You do love your dog, don't you?

Adding a step tracker brings numerous benefits: setting achievable goals, heightening daily activity awareness, boosting cardiovascular health and mood, integrating with wellness strategies, allowing activity flexibility, and fostering personal accountability and motivation, making it a versatile tool for health.

Left, 99% of people will say right, though, which is understandable. When you get bit by the bug though, you just want to get bigger.

🀣 I'll mostly focus on people trying to live healthier lifestyles, not becoming elite bodybuilders, I've been pretty much all body types, and you definitely don't gotta do what I'm doing to have good success. It's like picking a racial in WoW. it probably doesn't matter unless you're trying to be top 1%

Let's get this party started, I'll be posting some of my lifts and food for anyone who's interested. 6'2 275 right now, trying to get to around 285 before I diet for a bodybuilding competition.
