Today we’re happy to announce a major win for Ethereum developers, technology providers, and industry participants: the Enforcement Division of the SEC has notified us that it is closing its investigation into Ethereum 2.0. This means that the SEC will not bring charges alleging that sales of ETH are securities transactions.

Imo, users should still qualify for the RFP even if they didn't qualify for the $ZRO airdrop as they indirectly used a LZ-native dApp and potentially even LZ tech without even being aware of it

The original intention was that there would be no minimum around the RFP but it also means that in certain cases a protocol receiving a low amount with a very large list will have users claiming extremely small amounts. Not bullish

You can deposit INF into Kamino or MarginFi (albeit it might be capped right now) Meteora has INF/SOL LPs Issue with Meteora: their airdrop will be mainly fee-based, and the INF/SOL pool emits very little fees Each $1k deposited emits 1 point daily or so (without factoring in fees)

Pretty impressive by SANCTUM going 'against the grain' from what we've seen lately and not endlessly milking their userbase ▫️ 10% initial Airdrop #1 ▫️ 18% initial float implies FDV:MC ratio of 5.56x (almost identical to Wormhole) - not great, not bad; I've seen worse ▫️ $CLOUD will be the ticker
