To me, living in alignment means having the same answer for these two questions: What’s worth living for? What’s worth dying for?

A lot of startup advice I’ve seen rightly emphasizes talking to people to understand their problems.

What I haven’t seen emphasized as much is asking what influences their decision making. Where do they get their information from? Who do they trust? Knowing this is just as important.

Lesson of the week for me.
