Excited to announce my new adventure - B3! I’ve had the luck of spending my career building things I am passionate about. While at @coinbase, I had the privilege of leading engineering teams building consumer products that introduced more people to crypto - and more importantly to the power of blockchains.

only non-founders or first time founders idealize the idea of being a founder. think about it: in every organization you are a problem solver. when you cannot solve the problem, you bump it up. the founder / ceo deals in the nexus of all the worse, unsolvable problems not fun. but I salute you 🫡

one of the most important lessons I learned as a founder was: timing - knowing when to exert energy was more critical than anything in crypto & in life - being patient, deploying (energy) the right product, capital, effort, etc at inflection points made all the difference
