What would you pick and why? - spacious house, beautiful neighborhood, walk score 60 - apartment, walk score 90, beachfront basically: space vs beachfront

Overgeneralizing, I think the biggest factor to this question is family planning (children, multi generation, etc). Younger me would do beachfront, current (small family me) enjoys the luxury of space.
