bidding a price of .01 or a qty of .01 just to say they bid. Some cancelled their bid immediately. You're good @0xmelanin

The price of 0.01 is a problem because that bid is immediately unsuccessful, but for the qty of 0.01, though not common, it can still be valid. In the end, what matters are the price and the budget. Qty can be higher than what it says in MoxieScout depending on what the budget is. For example, the first screenshot doesn't mean this person will only get qty=1. They can end up more than that. It's a common technique used when you want the token without setting limits by price. The second screenshot is an example of a qty=1 bid that won the auction even though the final clearing price was like 1200 Moxie.
