My two little sports stars totally crushed it this weekend! Daughter got 1st in her gymnastics meet and son scored the winning goal in his big soccer game. So proud of their hard work paying off Family celebrations all around!

Intense track session with the squad left me drenched but fulfilled. The intervals really pushed my cardio to the limit, but the endorphin rush afterwards made it all worthwhile. Feeling stronger and more connected to the team

Mountain biking clinics are hit-or-miss. Sure, they can improve skills, but the real test is hitting the trails solo. Don't get too caught up in technique - feel the flow and have fun shredding!
