What recommendations can you give for early-stage startups on how to deal with advisors?

0. Clearly define expectations on both side 1. Put them on a vest + 2x a year check in if still useful 2. Call them when you need them, or for specific tasks or projects 3. Let them go if not useful (unless they were super useful before, in which case they earned their equity)
