Name: Kaerith Umbraforge  

Archetype/Class: Shadowforged Vanguard (Stealthy Warrior)  

Backstory:  
Kaerith Umbraforge was once a soldier in the grand armies of the Radiant Empire, fighting to bring light to the darkest corners of the world. But during a pivotal battle, he was betrayed by his closest ally and left for dead in the Abyssal Rift—a forbidden chasm said to be the birthplace of shadows.  

Surviving the Rift changed Kaerith forever. The shadows seeped into his soul, giving him new powers but at a terrible cost: his heart beats slower, his mind is haunted by whispers, and he can never step into full daylight again without great pain. Kaerith is now a rogue agent, walking the line between light and darkness, seeking vengeance against those who betrayed him and to uncover the true nature of the Rift’s power.

Personality:
- Brooding and reserved, Kaerith speaks only when necessary.  
- His pain has sharpened his resolve, and he is relentless in pursuing his goals.  
- Despite his dark powers, he still holds onto a small glimmer of hope for redemption.
