Do Kwon found liable for defrauding investors. He is still in Montenegro waiting for extradition, seems they will extraditing him to the US over S. Korea. He could be cell mates with SBF. Maybe Mashinsky of Celsius and CZ will join them. CZ sentencing on April 30th Mashinsky's trial doesn't start until Jan 2025
