Is it possible to flag stolen ETH addresses as a red flag in contracts, ensuring that outside of North Korea, they are marked as scam ETH, even if converted into BTC or other currencies.

The crypto community should take radical action to prevent such attacks by hackers.

Can the US SEC handle this situation?

If no country or authority can stop such activities, it highlights one of the biggest disadvantages of crypto serious problem that needs urgent attention.
