i’ve changed my stance on fasting. it was a very simple time restricted eating to help maintain my current health with very little change in my diet. it wasn’t 10x my health, but neither was i going downhill. replacing it with eating unlimited, but non processed raw foods and healthy meats 10xd the fiber, energy levels, no hunger, 0 concept of what being tired even means, shredded abs with the same work (exercise and steps being equal). crazy no one has picked this up already. obviously eating 🥗🥦🥒🥕🥔🌽🥬🍅🧅🧄🌶️🫛 makes brands no $$, so no one is gonna sell it.

do you still have eating and fasting time window or just straight you can eat anytime anything but non processed foods?

can eat whenever. but hitting your high macros 0.8x your lbs without tracking foods takes a while getting used to. "whole foods" is what adam and eve ate when they were born.
