But what if I pay someone to buy a cookie, an AVP and a lambo using Base, then I include a fraudulent transaction sometime in the next 7 days to get all my money back?? 

Obviously, I’m bribing the sequencer with the cookie.

My bad!! I have to include the fraudulent transaction before I buy all those things. 

1. I pay for the cookie, with actual money
2. Bribe the sequencer to include a fraudulent transaction
3. Then buy AVP and a lambo
4. Submit a fraud proof
