1. What's the fastest way to see a new Base/OPstack block? 2. What's the most accurate way to measure when each block is published? Seeing lots of variance, even on our fastest RPC. Shoutout @rafi for this great analysis.

I have a feeling @gakonst would say the solution is running RETH to cut out the RPC in the middle since I remember him saying that in a conversation from Farcon, though personally not sure https://github.com/paradigmxyz/reth/

Right, but how do you know how long between (block x sequenced) and (block x arrives at my reth node)? I guess at minimum you could measure time between (block x arrives at my reth node) and (block x shows up in Quicknode RPC) to see the speed improvement
