If I don’t cast that I want a fan token will I get one?

I would love to avoid a situation where out of the blue I am scheduled for one.

My legal situation isn’t conductive to tokens. I‘d prefer to not just deal with potentially being charged for launching something I have no involvement with.

If it’s related to the builder frame where Airstack asked for launch partners the wording I remember is you agree to play around with. I did. I read all the docs and did a video, stream and posted to show my thoughts.

Launching a token in Germany may qualify as security which I certainly have no plan of issuing.

In case that it goes to me facing such allegations, I hereby state that I do not endorse a fan token with my name or promise any kind of rewards.

The only onchain item I have for offer is a /devfc community subscription that you can buy via hypersub. It grants access to a group chat and ability to post to the /devfc channel at a fixed monthly price. Just like regular online community memberships.

Not a layer, but you wouldn't be hit with anything when a token launches about your profile, even when it has your name in it or whatever.

If you aren't the one issuing it, you're not the one having to be compliant.

If you are being airdropped tokens, the tax situation changes for you - but not the issuer one.

That being said, I agree that you should sign up before having a fan token created for you (idk if that's the case).
