when you feel low, try these: soak in some sun take a walk eat healthy food work out it makes you feel better most times, and even if it doesnβt, at least you did something about it. life is more about how we react to shit that happens to us, less about what happens to us.

I 200% agree on the active/reactive stance. As for the other suggestions, the crazy thing is that we should do them EVERY DAY. That should be our norm, our status quo. It will also help us avoid feeling low. This is the way! π
