Looking for people who are frustrated with the changes and new direction for channels.

Last week, we got a lot of good feedback from people happy with / excited about the changes. See below. Now I want to highlight what's still not working for people.

Specifically:

1. What's frustrating? 

2. What would make it better?

This and especially the answers from ppl is the reason you want a specialist with experience in community/gamification /UX-UI before making huge changes.

Any experienced community manager could’ve told them the new system is a lot of work - before the implementation that is.

Huge lesson for founders here!

This kinda sums up the channels “upgrade” for me.

Channels you’ve been using for months or years are now unavailable to you. Asking in DMs the channel founder (find them first) is how you kill interest…

ps channel founders have no fault in this

And I’ve just discovered you can’t QT/QC with a vid, just images. Basics missing, but revamping stuff that worked. Hmmm…

Anyone getting the new notifications area with Channels, as in the demo dan shared?

I don’t seem to have it, am I doing something wrong? 🤔
