He woke up in a panic, realizing his alarm hadn’t gone off. Glancing at the clock, he saw he had only a few minutes to get ready and leave for work. Throwing on clothes and grabbing his keys, he rushed out the door. By some miracle, he caught the bus just in time. As he settled into his seat, out of breath, he couldn’t help but laugh at how close he came to missing it all. The day was off to a chaotic start, but at least he made it.
