The last few times I’ve flown long haul, I’ve started to get a really bad headache as the flight hits its cruising altitude it then generally persist throughout the flight but goes almost immediately after the plane lands. Any recs for what I can do or take to stop it or at least make it manageable?

Are you generally sensitive to altitude in mountainous areas? Given the pressurization of airplanes can simulate 8000 feet, sounds like you might be. What have you tried and what has helped, if anything?
