1) explain how blockchain-enabled tech can solve obvious inefficiencies (fav example is flight insurance) 2) say “it’s too big to fail” at this point because of pure $ amount being put in 3) point out that the smartest people I know are dropping everything to learn about it

these all depend on the risk tolerance of said individual, but going from “well here’s a clear need” to “it’ll be widespread at some point & I can afford to wait until then” to “my friend turned down Goldman and Bain to do crypto” usually convinces people somewhere along the way
