Just realized I misread your Q. My routine: - same warmup every time (stretch, push-ups, core exercises like planks/leg raises, few pull ups, light dumbbell full body) - then compound lifts of the day push/sit-ups at home if inspired I try to build up my “everyday strength” and then lift heavy to build muscle

drop sets are also huge for gains, even if it’s unweighted push-ups or air squats
