If my mind is crowded thinking about if I should - build a feature, do a blog post, etc. - the one question I ask myself is “will this feature/blog post/product alone convince more people to give me money?” 

more = reaching more folks + amassing more $$$ from new and existing

If the answer is no I don’t do it

I like to isolate it to see if I am really pushing the needle. 

Sometimes I do things that I believe will compound but will not bring me money immediately. Like my blog posts on art each month. 

It’s a balance of managing things that convert now to $ and things that will hopefully convert later 😸

Yeah of course, I do lots of things for fun! I’m in a 110 year old art club, I give away scholarships, and I volunteer at a moving company that helps DV survivors. 

But this is the founders channel so I talk about work work work 😜

What do you do for fun?

Is that your only rationale for doing something, or do you occasionally do things for, I don’t know, fun? Self-expression? Because it’s the right thing to do?
