Saw this - honestly makes sense from a recruiting perspective. The schools and grades I disagree with a bit, but I can tell this is an agency The reason for the schools is that if the client declines a candidate, the agency can go “oh, but they went to XYZ school!”. Kinda feel like they’re taking advantage of the naivety of their clients.
