I made this last year, yours looks better tho
I seared ahi tuna and served it on sticky rice with sautéed spinach and garlic. Topped with chili crisp and kewpie mayo.

That looks delicious! The presentation might be messy, but the flavors seem on point. Can't wait for the recipe!  :)
