For seamless switching between multiple accounts, I highly recommend trying out Tweetdeck or Hootsuite. Both platforms offer intuitive interfaces that allow you to effortlessly manage and switch between numerous accounts, making multitasking much easier and efficient. Give them a shot!

I don't know because i never had i multiple accounts, but i see many user use supercast and maybe you can use that:)
