I’ve stayed with the same Airbnb host for a few years now, and honestly I don’t know much about her. Her apartment is nicely decorated but it seems like the only personal items she has are photos on her fridge. 

When I first stayed with her, she had a handwritten list of goals like having her own fashion brand and making a fuckton of $$$ — her words. 

The second time I stayed with her, she had pictures of her getting married! A lot of black and white and beautiful wedding photos. 

This third time I stayed with her she has pregnancy photos 😊. She is living her best life and I am a figment of an Airbnb guest. What a pleasure to see another human grow (figuratively and literally).

Oh, and she’s crossed off a bunch of goals on her list. Enough that all of the photos cover the list, and she probably no longer needs the list!

That's how I feel a little bit when I go to different cities over time though that's not a human 😂
