I invited them but they feel like they can’t fit in

🕯️They/them. Scaled cos from 0-$300k in arr, 7-35 employees, 0-100k users. Now I make candles that give people love, joy, and delight at humankind.place

So the majority of people I invite are founders who are not web3 native. Tech or D2C. I think as soon as they land and are confronted with crypto stuff, and it just becomes too difficult to digest. 

I even let them know that I'll tag them in a cast and boost their reputation. I do this but they all churn anyways.

i barely feel like i fit in tbh but i’m bought in on the long term vision and have been into protocols and community since i was a kid. i think that approach eventually yields a place for everyone and for everyone a place.

but my friends today don’t care about much about that tomorrow if you know what i mean
