Product - My company is Humankind Candles, I make dual layered candles like getting two scoops of ice cream in one cup, except it’s two scents. Humankind.place Goal - I need more top of the funnel. I have 0 CAC because it’s been all organic, but retention is very good at 30%. Challenge - Obviously I need to diversify my channel. How do I pick best what to experiment with?

Ooo fun! Insight: these candles are like a mood switch: walking through the door, records scratching and changing songs, some easy transitions and some surprising ones. Idea: emphasize the switches between the scents. Each scent has its own distinct color and scene. Execution: Visualize the environments being different with different flavors. One asset having a line down the middle and show the scents next to each other. Create countdown clock content creating a connection to the anticipation users have of the next flavor. A more advanced visualization could be like these photo collages fontanesi makes on IG

i know this isn’t what you asked for but to increase AOV from your retained users: let people purchase a candle for themselves + another for their partner/friend, lets them share a moment even if far away

Also, I would try to use a simple ad program that uses the idea above to drive people to your site and connect with your brand then retarget users who are leaving near the end of the funnel. Builds the brand and increases conversion efficiently.
