There's probably a future word processor that offers an AI copilot that produces an essay together with the student, and it could be possible that teachers simply require written work to be done in that tool.

There's another possibility that essays become hybrid interactive multimedia projects that are harder to fake.

And yet another possibility that AI's can scalably, and on camera, analyze a submitted work and do a "doctoral defense" interview that is part of the grade. There's no way that education isn't greatly enhanced by this technology.
