zuck’s “move fast and break things” is possibly the greatest cultural maxim to exist in the valley it clearly articulates the inherent tradeoff *to* moving fast and making snap decisions on very little information if you’re not literally breaking things and not making huge mistakes you’re almost certainly not moving fast enough

the benefit of the player that’s making more mistakes due to making 10x more decisions is that the player is getting better at making decisions on imperfect information over time this further compounds their speed advantage, because they spend less time exploring the wrong turns of the maze

yo he burned the most money probably on the metaverse thing don't think launching threads can count as moving fast and break things, it's more like launching something competitors already have but worse and don't ever tell you've failed and keep pumping it artificially for years their products are the most stubborn ever, worse impact on the world if they were to shut down, millions new, better products would evolve

It def worked at the early days and was as effective as you describe, but world is not the same … … and not all businesses and apps are the same So it won’t always work 🤷♂️

Agreed for most part In crypto though one should always take the time to consider if any action can potentially cause loss of funds for users Which is unique to this industry because almost everything involves funds Not only for the user and the company, also for the reputation of our industry
