Job ads all saying "must have web3 experience" or people thinking 'web3 experience' is more important than actual skills. As far as I can tell it's the only industry that thinks people can't learn the context. It keeps the pool of people so small & means we are missing out on so much talent which could transition.

I’m not sure I totally follow with regards to my cast on recruitment, but I like the ownership take - altho do you think many web3 ‘jobs’ are delivering that? Or are you thinking hopefully more DAOs spring up again to build?

I've come back to this cast a few times today. It's complicated for me. I see that jobs seem more secure, but Web3 is about ownership. I'm hoping that we exchange hours for dollars less, and contribute value in exchange for decision making power more.
