Tailwind is the new Bootstrap. Every time I see yet another website using common pre-built Tailwind components I can't help but think the authors really don't care about UI.

I see your point, but Tailwind also offers a lot of flexibility for those who want to customize their UI beyond the common components. It’s all about how you use it!
