Sommelier here: class#1 Step 1: What is the fruit in the glass? Apple, pear ? Lemon lime ? BlackBerry, currant ? Step 2 : what is the condition of the fruit ? is it sour or sweet. Sharp or round ? For example: is it a tart green apple in late winter or a yellowed apple on the ground that has been baked by the sun.
