Watched the show today "reflect" and this actually something I have been thinking about so much during the past few years 

I always reflect on how I can make sure my loved ones are safe if I am not available or if something goes wrong. I feel pressured to always put everyone before myself. Ik this might be a wrong habit for some but. It's the way I raised.
