It's been a minute since I focused on a project aimed at getting more people involved. 

Now that I'm finally working on one that already has an active web2 audience and aims to involve @base, I can see the many issues that retailers and web2 users in general face when they try to transition to web3. It's surprising how tough it feels for them.

In my opinion, the first step should be to avoid discussing complex tech and instead focus on the benefits for end users. Many projects think they do that, but you need to communicate with your audience. Honestly, I don't hear a lot about the base community outside its circle as much as I hear about the cosmos and polygon.
