We just shipped a new, more open and transparent version of the $RARE tipping allowance system, in collaboration with @openrank.

Here's a breakdown of how it works:

Allowances are calculated according to two main factors: 

1. Your ranking in the top 500 /superrare channel users according to OpenRank
(https://dune.com/queries/3994833)

2. Your @superrare activity over the past 6 months (weighted towards 30 day activity)

You can also receive an allowance by receiving tips from top-ranked users in the past 5 days (if your OpenRank is between 501-2,000). This gives a way for top channel users to also boost the allowance of newer members.

Hello, dear Jon, good morning. With respect to you and your hardworking team, I think this means that this project is somehow for top users!!
And it doesn't seem fair to someone like me who has been working hard on the project for the past few days and has spent most of his time on it..
And on the other hand, the top users have their own ring and they don't allow anyone to put their feet on that part and they only interact within themselves or they don't interact at all.
Dear Jon, this is the community that promotes a project, but you somehow ignore them and don't allow them to work in this project. I hope you reconsider this issue.
