I don't know the terminology but only my hardware wallet can transfer my ENS but my hot wallet manages it. (Summoning @sadaf.)

Ah, it's "owner" and "manager". Good thing I didn't go with "controller" and whatever else it was. Also, @dwr.eth, shouldn't it show "aerique.eth" instead of the connected Ethereum address in connected wallets? It is set as my primary ENS for the connected wallet.

Hey there! These are the actions for each term 🙂 V2: Owner - can transfer, and everything else Controller - can edit records, not transfer V3: Owner - can transfer, and everything else Manager - can edit records, not transfer So you’ll need to use your hardware wallet to transfer the name!
