Seeing this article by @clauswilke make the rounds, even being recast by WC devs. What do you all think of these suggestions? Flattening the distribution curve and stretching the tipping period are wise tweaks imho and will make this space more sustainable. https://paragraph.xyz/@clauswilke/attention-farming

I probably won't understand the article & graphs but I lost 1/2 of my tips allowance overnight and idk why. it's ok but I feel that the psychological element of the energy & uncertainty needs to be addressed for long term success/any improvement & consideration of effect is a good idea imo✅
