Travel tip for Chile that I didn't see on any of the lists before I got here: Aguas de Ramon park. 30 minutes from central Santiago, absolutely stunning hiking. 10/10. I've been to ~40 countries, and this is in my top 5 experiences. (Los Peumos, 4 hrs total)

Being here in early spring was a bonus since there are flowers blooming all over the park and they change with the altitude

Get there early! Like 8am. I got there at 9:30 and had to wait over an hour to get in. It's so huge that it wasn't packed at all once you're in though. Have an amazing time! (And bring cash, 3,000 pesos, no cards)
