DAY 1 of my "No Sugar" challenge. Everyone I've talked with that cut out sugar experienced dramatic health benefits. I'm hoping for improvement in my sleep and better focus. Have you had a positive (or negative) effect from cutting out sugar? https://amerisleep.com/blog/sugar-and-sleep/

Are removing added sugar or trying to reduce overall?

I'm starting with sugar-filled foods like donuts, soda, ice cream, (which is going to be tough!) and candy. I'll still eat fruit and foods that have some added sugar, like ketchup or bread.

That's awesome! Interested to see how it impacts your fitness. I have removed the majority of sugar added foods from my daily diet but it's not 100%

Yeah, I think there is a huge difference in difficulty from 95% cut out to 100%. That's why I'm starting with the biggest sources of sugar and not worried about a few grams here and there.
