Someone just attempted to scam me by phone/email claiming to be CB support. 

After calling them out I asked how they had a help@coinbase.com email, and he said he had buddies on the inside who let him have it.

1) wtf
2) wtf

No matter how good your security protocols are, all it takes is some idiot working for you getting social engineered. Or, maybe in this case, just letting your friend use your email!
