anyone else tape their mouth before they go to bed?

Started doing this ~6 months ago. Main benefit for me is not waking up with a dry mouth. Even on nights I don't tape, my breathing when asleep has been retrained for the most part and still get the benefits.

Don't know that much about it, but think it's far down the list (but definitely low-hanging fruit). Did we really forget how to breathe after thousands of years? Seems like changes in diet (less tough, hard foods) have a greater effect. Still think we should all nasal breathe more.
