No sugar.... love this new lifestyle I have effortfully carved out for myself. More clarity, more energy, more power in mind, body and psyche.. Thanks no sugar gang for the extra nudges to keep going after starting and stopping since Nov 2023 Stopping sugar for me was harder than quitting cocaine and that was a challenge, anyone else have a comparison? @camilags @owlercoaster @breech @isakost @noedmb @siannie @poyzn @banger01 @aether

Love to see this! I'm also still going strong with no end in sight. It sucks that it took a bit of a health scare (bloodwork on the low end of pre-diabetic) to get me started, but it worked and I took it seriously. Seems like keeping it a lifestyle and in rare cases allowing a treat like a slice of cake at a birthday, etc, will be the way forward for me! I'm 6 1/2 years quit smoking, I'd say that was harder for me, but I have heard comparisons to cocaine, especially considering they do similar things to the brain. Let's keep the no-sugar train rolling!! 100 $degen
